KYD $135–$180 PER DAY

We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Tradesman to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of high-end pool construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform skilled manual work related to pool construction, including carpentry, masonry, and steel work.
• Construct and install frameworks, lay blocks, plaster surfaces, and apply finishing materials to pools.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all building codes and safety regulations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in skilled construction work, preferably in pool construction.
• Strong background in carpentry, masonry, and steel work.
• Ability to construct frameworks, lay blocks, plaster surfaces, and complete high-quality finishes.
• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid International or Cayman Islands driver's licence (preferably held for at least 2 years). Applicants holding an International Driver's Licence will be required to obtain a Cayman Islands Driver's Licence within the first 30 days of employment. Age requirement due to company vehicle insurance policy.
• Clean police record.
• Fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).
