Treats Ltd T/A Treats Restaurant is seeking Assistant Baker/Pastry, due to increased production demand. . Minimum of three year experienced in a commercial bakery . Proven experience in bread production including sourdough and European- style breads . Strong knowledge of dough handling fermentation and baking techniques . Ability to work night shifts . Knowledge of food hygiene health and safety standards . Additional pastry production experience is an advantage . Reliable punctual and able to meet production deadlines Duties & Responsibilities . Accurately weigh and mix ingredients for bread muffins scones and dough products . Prepare ferment shape and bake bread varieties including sourdough European breads French breads Italian breads and pizza bases .Monitor fermentation proofing times oven temperatures and baking cycles . Maintain consistency in product quality texture and appearance . Complete overnight production according to daily volume requirements . Clean and sanitize bakery equipment tools and work areas in compliance with food safety standards . Properly store label and rotate ingredients and finished products .
