Manager

The Compliance Solutions Manager is responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations of the RTA service line. The position requires the timely and correct handling of RTA requirements in respect of Harneys and its clients and will be the principal liaison between any relevant reporting authorities and Harneys. The CSM will lend managerial and supervisory support to the AEOI service line team members as needed.

Every staff member is required to

(i) comply at all times with our internal control systems which relate to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing; and (ii) disclose any suspicion you come across in the course of your duties to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer in accordance with the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Policy. This role has signing authority on 1 Registrar and Transfer Agent with powers to execute any documentation in relation to the provision of registrar and transfer agency services by the company.

This position requires an individual with

• Degree in business, law, financial management and/or accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification preferable.
• Minimum 7 years’ of relevant experience, preferably with at least 5 years’ RTA and AEOI experience in an offshore environment.
• Excellent understanding of fund accounting and FATCA/CRS XML Schema filing requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
• Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, Elite and View Point.
• Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
• Effective communicator, excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions.
