SENIOR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Microsoft - MCSA/E Cloud Platform (Azure, O365) MCSE 2016 Server
• Networking – Fortinet or Checkpoint certification or relevant experience
• VMware - VCP 6

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Azure - IaaS, Load Balancing and advanced hybrid topologies
• Microsoft Server – Windows Server 2016/2019,
• Microsoft Exchange on-premise and hybrid cloud, HA and DR configuration
• Office 365 - incl Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive, ADFS,

365 Rights Management and ADV Threat Protection

• Multi-Factor Authentication
• HW (firewalls) and SW (Anti-malware, Intrusion protection)
• VMware and Hyper-V in HA environments
• Storage – Top Tier vendor (HP, Dell or NetApp) SAN, vSAN, data security and

replication

• Backup/Replication technology such as Veeam, Zerto
• Networking - including wired/wireless and hyper-converged technology
• Strong working knowledge of any of the following is a PLUS:

Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, CRM/Dynamics

Responsibilities

You will report to the Commercial Operations Manager. As Senior Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of IT Services including Managed Services and IT projects as well as pre-sales technical support for our Business Development Team. Additionally, internal project services in which you may be asked to participate from time to time.
