Maintenance a Person

Pinnacle Development & Maintenance is seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Maintenance Person to join our team. Position: Maintenance Person Experience Required: 5–6 years of relevant experience Hours: 45 hours per week Pay: CI$8.75 per hour Benefits: 50% Health Insurance Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Performing general building and property maintenance.
• Carrying out repairs and routine maintenance as required.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving maintenance issues.
• Assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Performing other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants must

• Have 5–6 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Be reliable, hardworking, responsible, and dependable.
• Be able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
