### Requirements

• Minimum **10 years of experience** as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
• Automotive Service Advisor certification or other relevant automotive certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare estimates, repair orders, and follow up with customers.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
• Provide updates and recommendations to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
• Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate service records.
