LABOURER

CAYMAN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS

We are hiring a laborer to perform a variety of physical tasks that support construction, maintenance, manufacturing, landscaping, or warehouse operations. The role involves assisting skilled workers, handling materials, operating basic tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction, repair, or maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and clean work sites before, during, and after work activities.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Dig trenches, move earth, and perform other manual labor as required.
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, or equipment when trained.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment.
• Report hazards, equipment defects, or incidents to supervisors.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
