Job Description

Perform professional cleaning of sofas, couches, chairs, mattresses, cushions, carpets, car upholstery, and other upholstered surfaces.
Inspect fabrics, identify stains, damage, odors, mold, and special cleaning requirements before starting work.
Select and safely use appropriate cleaning products, extractors, vacuums, steam cleaners, and other equipment.
Provide professional customer service, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate Royal Luxe cleaning services.
Promote and upsell additional services, including deep cleaning, regular housekeeping, mattress cleaning, carpet cleaning, car upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, floor cleaning, pressure washing, and mold remediation.
Prepare or assist with estimates and quotations and follow up with customers to secure bookings, repeat business, referrals, and reviews.
Generate new leads through customer interactions, referrals, networking, social media, and promotional activities.
Complete job checklists, customer records, CRM updates, and required before-and-after photos.
Maintain and properly clean all equipment and monitor cleaning supplies.
Follow all company safety, chemical-handling, PPE, and cleaning procedures.
Report customer concerns, property damage, mold, unusual stains, or other issues to management.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent *Royal Luxe Housekeeping Services* with professionalism, integrity, and respect for customer property and privacy.
