Assist in the food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Clean and sanitize all cookware, utensils, and food preparation surfaces. Sweep, mop, and dispose of kitchen waste properly. Unload food deliveries, organize pantries, rotate perishable goods, and maintain proper food storage standards. Safely handle kitchen machinery (e.g., blenders, slicers, and mixers) and report any faulty equipment to the manager Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing and personal hygiene. Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy boxes of supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong willingness to assist wherever needed, take and communicate clearly.
