Driver

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a clean Group 2 driver’s license from the Cayman Islands, have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as ability to lift up to 50lbs of boxes/bags/stock. Job Duties Deliver various items to different addresses as assigned in a safe, courteous, professional and timely manner. Follow the prescribed routes most convenient for delivery. Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries. Meeting delivery deadlines. Load and unload the vehicle as needed. Inspect, operate and maintain the vehicle and its cleanliness. Maintain a log of all deliveries and related information for reference and confirmation. Strictly follow road safety rules and regulations. Review and verify invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy. Assist other departments with shelf stocking/merchandising/customer service during slow periods Assist with other tasks as assigned by Management. Job Requirements High school degree or above. Previous experience as a professional / delivery driver (for a business) of at least 2 years. Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes. Must have exceptional customer service, positive attitude and professional demeanor. Highly responsible & reliable Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English, and have good communication skills. Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push and bend at times. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Great time management and organization skills. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
