JOB VACANCY: HEALTH & WELLNESS REPRESENTATIVE

HRT Ltd. T/A HRT is seeking qualified and experienced Health & Wellness Representatives to join our team in the Cayman Islands. We are looking for dedicated, professional, and passionate individuals with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in health, wellness, fitness, yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, and holistic wellness services. Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for

Providing yoga instruction and group fitness training. Delivering nutrition coaching, wellness coaching, and general wellness support to clients. Facilitating mindfulness practices and holistic wellness guidance. Conducting energy healing sessions, including Reiki treatments. Planning, organizing, and conducting health, wellness, fitness, and mindfulness workshops. Supporting clients in achieving their personal health and wellness goals. Maintaining professional standards and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all clients. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess the following skills, qualifications, and experience

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in yoga instruction, group fitness training, nutrition coaching, mindfulness, holistic guidance, wellness coaching, energy healing, or related wellness services. A recognized Yoga Teaching Certification. Verified nutritionist credentials or an appropriate recognized nutrition qualification. Reiki Master Certification. Reiki Level I and Level II Certifications. Water Safety Instructor Certification. Current CPR and AED Certification. Certified Nutrition Consultant – Master Level qualification. 500-hour Certified Hot Yoga Teacher qualification. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, client-support, workshop facilitation, and organizational skills. The ability to work professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds is essential. Salary and Benefits Hourly pay: CI$15.00–CI$20.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Pension: Employer pension contributions in accordance with applicable Cayman Islands law. Insurance: Insurance benefits as applicable under Cayman Islands law and the terms of employment. Additional Requirements A police clearance or police record certificate. Two (2) professional references. Copies of relevant certifications and qualifications may be requested.
