General Manager

Fabrizone Cleaning Professionals has served the Cayman Islands for the past 25+ years. We are seeking a General Manager (GM) who will report to the Directors and oversee all day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the efficient and profitable delivery of a comprehensive professional cleaning service. This role is responsible for strategic planning, staff leadership, operational excellence, client satisfaction, safety compliance, and business growth. The GM serves as the key link between Directors and frontline teams, ensuring that company standards, values, and goals are consistently met. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Operational Efficiency: % of jobs completed on time and within budgets. ● Client Satisfaction: Retention rates, repeat business, and customer satisfaction scores. ● Financial Performance: Revenue growth, profit margins, and cost control metrics. ● Employee Engagement: Turnover rates, training compliance, and productivity. ● Safety & Compliance: Number of incidents, compliance audit results, and corrective action effectiveness Qualifications ● Bachelors degree in Business, Management or related field ● 5+ years management experience in the janitorial, cleaning or related service industry ● Proven record of managing P&L responsibilities, multi-site operations and large teams ● Experience in contract preparation, and delivery management ● Experience in mould restoration, environmental services strongly preferred ● Excellent written and verbal communication ● Proficient in use of Google Workspace, Jobber, BambooHR Compensation & Benefits ● Competitive base salary with performance incentives starting at KYD$60,000 pa ● Benefits as per CI Labour Act To apply email resume and 2 references to shannon@fabrizone.ky
