Experience in painting, stain & sheetrock work. Basis Concrete and Masonry experience. maintenance and repairs of all the company assets. Basic Plumbing and Electrical experience. Carpentry skills with particular experience in bird /animal enclosure construction. Must have own transport and a valid Cayman Drivers License. Punctual, well-presented, and organized. Possess a responsible and respectful attitude to work tools and work equipment.
