Cleaning of vehicles and heavy equipment, gardening, using a jackhammer in confined spaces, general cleaning and maintenance of grounds and buildings, unloading containers, maintaining hot oil tank temperatures and pumping hot oil into storage tanks. Must have over 5 years prior experience working with propane heating devices and hot oil transfer systems. Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs for unloading containers, and have a drivers’ license with a clean police and driving record. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Only applicants meeting the above qualification will be interviewed. A test of skills and knowledge will be administered to qualified candidates. Random drug testing may be required.
