The Beautician / Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering professional mobile spa and wellness treatments to clients at their homes, villas, and private residences across Grand Cayman.The role requires the therapist to drive to and from client appointments independently across the island, provide personalised massage and beauty services, and work on a flexible schedule based on operational and client booking needs, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care. Key Responsibilities Perform professional massage treatments including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Hot Stone, and Ayurvedic Massage Provide beauty services including facials, waxing, manicure, and pedicure treatments Conduct personalised consultations to understand client wellness needs and preferences Drive independently to client locations island-wide and set up mobile spa equipment professionally Maintain treatment equipment, oils, linens, towels, and spa materials in a clean, sanitised, and organised manner Launder spa linens and towels and ensure all equipment is properly sanitised after treatments Prepare and maintain treatment supplies and inventory levels Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times Manage appointment schedules and communicate effectively with clients regarding bookings and services
