T/A Lobster Pot Restaurant is seeking a dependable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations in a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate will assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing, and support kitchen staff with unloading and organizing food deliveries. Responsibilities also include washing and properly storing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, packing take-out orders, removing waste, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, and ensuring proper storage of food items in compliance with food safety standards. Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment, a high school education or equivalent, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
