Janitor

We are seeking an honest, dependable, hardworking and self-motivated Janitor. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, maintain high cleaning standards, and perform physically demanding tasks in residential environments. Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.
• Clean interior and exterior windows and glass surfaces.
• Collect, remove, and dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Safely use and handle commercial cleaning chemicals in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety regulations.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies.
