Client Relations Officer

About the Role The Client Relations Officer is the primary liaison between Implementer and its clients — many of whom operate in the cryptocurrency and digital asset space. This is a fully remote, part-time position, but is not an entry-level or generalist client-service role: it requires someone who can independently manage sophisticated, technically complex client relationships from day one, with minimal onboarding. Applicants must be based in Grand Cayman. Required

• A minimum of 3–4 years' direct experience managing client relationships within a cryptocurrency, digital asset, or blockchain-related financial services environment — general fintech or traditional finance experience alone will not meet the technical bar for this role
• Demonstrated fluency with core crypto/blockchain concepts (custody, on/off-ramps, wallet infrastructure, exchange operations, or similar) sufficient to field detailed client questions without escalation
• Fluent written and spoken English
• A verifiable professional track record of handling confidential financial information with discretion — references and employment history will be checked
• Proven ability to independently manage external client and vendor relationships (not primarily internal/administrative support experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones
• Given the firm's international client base, availability outside standard business hours may occasionally be required to accommodate clients in different time zones. Reliable internet access and a private, confidentiality-appropriate working environment are required.

• Manage vendor and partner relationships
• Handle related administrative functions as needed

Education Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if the crypto/fintech client relations experience above is demonstrated.
