Overseeing inventory, undertaking office management and administration including website, recipe design and maintenance. Planning and executing projects, drafting and maintaining budgets. Devising new working practices and strategies to enhance financial health of business. Designing and implementing policies, procedures, goals and objectives. Flexibility required, must be able to work weekends and split shifts outside of traditional 9-5 schedule. Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended period of time, preparing multiple food items and working in a fast paced environment, rotating through a variety of tasks. Ensuring food safety and quality during preparation and delivery of food.
