Company: Triuno Janitorial Location: Cayman Islands Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Triuno Janitorial is seeking a highly reliable and meticulous Janitor to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional who understands the nuances of deep cleaning, facility maintenance, and safe chemical handling. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade and a half of hands-on experience to ensure our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Job Duties and Responsibilities Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform heavy cleaning duties across commercial and residential properties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets. Equipment Operation: Safely operate, clean, and maintain heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, polishers, and pressure washers. Chemical Management: Mix and apply commercial-grade cleaning solutions and disinfectants safely, strictly adhering to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and environmental guidelines. Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste and recycling properly, and ensure outdoor collection areas remain sanitized. Inventory Control: Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, submitting restocking requests to management proactively. Facility Upkeep: Perform minor routine maintenance tasks, secure facilities after hours (locking doors, turning off lights), and immediately report any structural damages, safety hazards, or major repair needs to management. Skills & Qualifications Required Experience: A minimum of 15 years of proven professional experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles. Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of standard cleaning methods, industrial equipment operation, and chemical safety protocols. Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks in a tropical climate. Autonomous Work Ethic: High level of integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
