Caribbean Dream Tours is a Caymanian owned small business that offers sea tours in the Cayman Islands. Now that the cruise ships are back and the borders are opening, the client is anticipating more customers. We are in search for a Boat Deckhand to assist the boat captain in all duties including professional maintenance of the boat with good customer service skills. This person must make sure that their clients enjoy the tour and always ensure the safety of their guests. Prospective candidate must have at least 3-4 years experienced working as a Deckhand on a large tour vessel. Must be a strong swimmer and in good health. Must have adequate transportation as work hours varies and include weekends and public holidays and evening cruise shifts. Must have experienced in general boat maintenance including boat cleaning, sanding, and painting. High School level. Bi-lingual would-be a plus.
