Junior Floor Installer

Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Junior Floor Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable, and able to complete flooring installations independently with a high standard of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Install Sheet Vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Carpet, Hardwood, and Engineered Flooring
• Install metal and rubber trims, baseboards, and moldings
• Read and interpret floor plans and layout drawings
• Work independently & within a team with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in flooring installation
• Ability to read and understand detailed floor plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school education or equivalent
