Responsible for daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and other stations in the kitchen, structure station set up accordingly to menu/restaurant requirements. Prepares all food items in directed sanitary and timely manner, follow recipes, portion controls, presentation and restock all ingredients. Performs additional responsibilities although not detailed, as requested by Chef or Kitchen manager from time to time. Position involves physically demanding work, long hours and be available nights, weekends & holidays. Police Clearance required.
