Job Description

Building long-term relationships with key clients, locally & internationally
Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
Build relationships with key employees among customers
Create plans to address clients’ business needs locally & internationally
Advise clients on creating profitable processes locally & internationally
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help the sales team oversee up-sell or cross-sell services and products for internal and local clients.
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management overseas) to address customers’ needs
Host a seminar with local clients and overseas clients.
Must be proficient in public forums
Must provide 3 written references from past employment in the same field
Must have a clean police record
Must be able to travel overseas to meet clients in the Caribbean, USA or Canada
