Sales Clerk

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Clerk to join our passionate and high-performing sales team. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, a deep understanding of luxury products, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Engaging with discerning clientele on the sales floor, expertly presenting and promoting our exquisite collection of jewelry and watches.
• Masterfully guiding guests through our curated selection, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to assist them in finding the perfect, high-value pieces.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong emphasis on closing high-value transactions (high 3-digits and above).
• Cultivating lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge in fine jewelry, watches, and brand awareness.

The Successful Candidate Will Be

• A natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong ability to manage a demanding sales environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrably successful sales experience within the luxury retail or high-end tourism sector, specifically with a proven track record of consistently closing sales in the high three-digit range and above.
• Advanced product knowledge in fine jewelry, watches, and a keen awareness of luxury brands is essential.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills are mandatory, with the ability to articulate complex product details clearly and persuasively.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, as per retail operational needs.
• Possession of a valid and clear Police Clearance Certificate.

Compensation
