Job Summary We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer focused Food & Beverage Servers/Cashiers to provide excellent customer service while accurately processing orders and payments. Duties & Responsibilities Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take dine in, takeaway, and delivery orders accurately. Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments. Serve food and beverages promptly. Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and presentable. Refill condiments and service stations. Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area and front of house. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with opening and closing duties. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and well groomed. Basic cash handling and computer skills. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Honest, reliable, and customer oriented. Willing to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
