The prospective employee will be required to prepare job sites and work surfaces for construction activities; perform rough carpentry work including framing, constructing, altering, repairing, and maintaining buildings and structural components; lay blocks, bricks, and other masonry materials in accordance with approved plans and specifications; and plaster and finish walls, window openings, and door jambs. The prospective employee will also be required to install and repair doors, windows, drywall panels, and related fixtures; measure, cut, fit, and secure drywall to wood or metal framing; and carry out patching, sanding, joint reinforcement, and finishing work to achieve smooth, professional surfaces.
