Sales Representative / Dispatcher

All candidates should be able to provide a clean Police Record, have a good command of the English Language and can deliver Quality Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Be able to communicate effectively with Clients, Drivers and other members of Staff to ensure a smooth operation
• Organize Drivers/Buses & Clients for Tours
• Lead Clients in an orderly manner to the Tour Bus for their designated Tour
• Communicate effectively via Radio
• Communicate with Drivers to monitor Tour time
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work in Outdoors/Humid Weather conditions
• Assist Clients with general information

Requirements

• 5 years experience as a Sales Representative/Dispatcher
• Strong communication/negotiation skills
• Bilingual but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer Service trained
