The Institute for Essential Care Ltd (TIFEC) The Institute for Essential Care Ltd (TIFEC) is a privately owned mental health service provider, serving children, adolescents and adults. TIFEC operates five days per week providing outpatient service to individual and corporate clients. These services include workshops and seminars, individual psychotherapy, assessments, diagnosis and treatments, psychoeducational tests and evaluations, marriage and family therapy, premarital and spiritual counseling. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible to provide individual psychotherapy with clients across the life span of differing emotional and behavioral issues and clients of different cultural background. psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The candidate will also provide marriage and family therapy, premarital counseling, clinical supervision to trainees, consultations, conduct workshops and seminars within a corporate setting and be able to provide spiritual counseling when necessary or appropriate. Qualification and Experience: The successful client must have a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology. He or she should have at least five years’ experience in the field of Clinical Psychology and be able to provide safe diagnosis of varying mental illness across a multicultural and multiethnic clientele. The candidate should have a working knowledge of psychological tests and measurement instruments and is competent in their administration, interpretation and application. The candidate should have training and practice in trauma related therapy, grief counselling and severe psychosis. The successful candidate will also be responsible to provide training and supervision to Master’s level interns. He or she must be able to work in an multicultural environment, with good oral and written communication skills. The candidate must possess and active CPAM registration and be willing to work on their own.
