We are looking for a fully experienced automotive industry Customer Retail Supervisor (CRS) to work within our busy multi-franchise car dealership. The person must have a minimum of 5 years’ automotive experience at main dealer or OEM/ manufacturer level in a customer retail management/service manager/senior service advisor position. You will need to be able to set up various Customer Retail Management (CRM) platforms and multi-task between each of our current manufacturers that we are connected to, and each has different Dealer Management Systems (DMS) in place. In addition, you will be supporting our rental operation by increasing its current service questionnaire index score (SQI) so vehicle rental and leasing experience would be of great advantage in this role. Experience, skills and abilities required: Dealer and manufacturer process and system Knowledge, the application of Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Customer Retail Management (CRM) systems and Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) applications. A clear understanding of manufacturer warranty systems and processes and a clear understanding of vehicle service intervals are essential, along with knowledge and experience of manufacturer Custom Service Index (CSI) programs and their implementation is also essential for this role. You must hold the equivalent of a motor industry or City and Guilds qualification in customer retail management, service management or a senior service advisory role. A Full Clean Driving License is essential for this position.
