Community Engagement Support Program Officer

Reporting to the Community Engagement Program Manager the incumbent will be responsible for the smooth running of the Referral Center & retail management. This includes all aspects such as; liaising with Govt. & Community partners to strengthen collaboration; engaging with vulnerable clients; Developing presentations & Training of volunteers, Customer service, Point of Sale, Stock Management, Program & Financial reporting and reconciliation.
