Job Title: Sales Representative / Delivery Driver Employer: Theophilus Pencil T/A T&A Snacks Location: Bodden Town, Grand Cayman Rate of Pay: CI$ 8.75 per hour Benefits: Statutory Pension, Health Insurance, and Vacation Leave Job OverviewT&A Snacks is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Sales Representative / Delivery Driver to support retail-by-order and online snack distribution. The successful candidate will drive customer account growth, coordinate order fulfillment, and deliver products across the island while delivering outstanding customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business sales, identify new retail opportunities, and nurture client relationships. Timely and accurately transport, deliver, and offload customer orders across Grand Cayman. Coordinate stock handling, reconcile delivery invoices, and support order processing for online operations. Maintain clean, safe operation of company transport vehicles and comply with all Cayman Islands traffic regulations. Provide courteous, professional service and address customer inquiries on delivery runs. Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 8 years of specialized experience in sales and delivery driving preferred, though a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience will be accepted. Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Character & Health: Clean police clearance record and standard medical clearance. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, basic numeracy, route planning abilities, and physical fitness to handle regular loading and unloading.
