Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Relations Manager / Concierge to deliver a world-class luxury lifestyle experience for owners and guests. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the Guest Relations and Concierge departments, ensuring exceptional VIP-level personalized service while anticipating and meeting the unique needs of each owner and guest. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Guest Relations and Concierge to uphold The WaterColours brand standards and luxury lifestyle value proposition.
  • Ensure the seamless coordination of owner services, including airport arrivals/departures, restaurant and lifestyle bookings, off-site catering, and personal shopping requirements.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Guest Relations and Bar staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle vendors to enhance the owner’s experience.
  • Ensure owner units are meticulously prepared for arrivals in accordance with strata responsibilities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all owner events and activities on and off-site.
  • Handle complex owner requests, including international travel arrangements, shipping logistics, and other bespoke concierge services.
  • Actively participate in monthly Executive Committee meetings, providing updates, insights, and operational support.
  • Assign and monitor guest relations staff responsibilities, including task delegation and follow-ups during weekly management meetings and weekend operations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for consumables, liquor, and other property essentials, ensuring no disruption in service.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and all WaterColours policies and strata rules.

Qualifications, Experience & Core Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in hospitality or a related luxury service environment;
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced customer service training within the luxury hotel or resort industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local tourism, fine dining, and lifestyle services, with an established professional network.
  • Proven experience coordinating upscale events and social functions.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations and luxury concierge services.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team development skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with a proactive and personalized approach.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work 180 hours per month, including weekends and public holidays as required.
