Cleaner

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall member experience within Anytime Fitness Cayman Islands. This position ensures that all areas of the club meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, supporting a welcoming environment for members and staff. Work Schedule

• 45 hours per week, 6 days per week
• Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Compensation Monthly Salary: $1,950 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of all gym areas, including workout floors, equipment, bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, reception, offices, staff areas, and group fitness rooms.
• Refill supplies such as paper products, soap, sanitizing wipes, and cleaning chemicals.
• Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
• Ensure equipment and high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or supply shortages to management.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and reliable presence within the club.

Requirements

• Commercial cleaning experience is required (gym, hotel or similar environment).
• Ability to work independently and follow structured cleaning routines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
