Job Description
Provide professional, compassionate and high-quality clinical support to clients within their homes, while managing complex client care plans
Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of the clinical staff, whilst promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Oversee and supervise the daily delivery of client care, manage staff performance.
Oversee the staffing schedules for the Clinical Team, workflow and budgets to enhance operational efficiency.
Supervise the nursing and clinical teams to ensure adherence to individualized care plans and best practices, including the scheduling of weekly assignments for on-call duties.
Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate weekly staff meetings with the Nursing Team and ensure all weekly plans and activity reports are carefully reviewed and followed through.
Ensure weekly client visits are maintained, monitored and well documented by the visiting nurses in a timely and professional manner.
Promote and maintain a culture of accountability, compassion, and professionalism within the Nursing and Clinical Team.
