Parts Counter Clerk

 Deal directly with customers at the parts counter  Receive and process payments, monitor accounts of dealerships and Corporate Customers using Shop Boss.  Provide assistance to customers using the EPC system  Ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs  Monitor inventory and order fast moving parts  Catalogue inventory of parts and accessories  Up-sell parts and accessories to increase sales of the department  Provide support to the Service Department

The applicant must have

 Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the automotive industry  High School Diploma  Proven track record of sales and customer support experience  Excellent communication skills  Keen attention to detail, good work ethic and be dependable  Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment  Clean police record and a valid driver's license
