We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to support our daily kitchen operations. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting with daily food service operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for daily food service
• Wash, cut, peel, and portion vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients
• Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and instructions
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary at all times
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Store food properly and rotate products as required
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas
• Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Follow company policies and kitchen procedures
• Perform other general kitchen duties as required

Requirements

• Basic kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

This position is a hands-on kitchen role focused on food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and supporting daily kitchen operations.
