Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to
Responsible for the supervision of service for the Brasserie when on duty.
Take orders and serve all aspects of the sequence of service.
Monitor operations, especially during peak business periods. Check in daily to ensure they are set up according to procedures outlined, and staff are supported in all areas needed to provide the best customer experience.
Anticipate the needs of customers and always ensure the proper functioning of the Brasserie.
Deliver premium customer service and inspire service staff to exceed customer expectations.
Learn all bar cocktail and services to assist as needed.
Be familiar with the wine list and bar stock.
Be knowledgeable about all menu items and daily specials.
Make sure that all employees are up to date with the availability of seasonal produce and their use in menu items.
Make sure that F&B employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments. Work closely with the back and front of house management teams for a collaborative and harmonious service effort.
Assist as directed in any event logistics and execution.
Take advantage of any situation to optimize sales.
Be energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
Be able to follow instructions and procedures.
Be well organized and able to effectively manage the workspace.
Be able to deliver information clearly and respectfully to fellow team members and customers.
Assist in always maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the front of house.
Show a willingness to learn.
Check once a month that the menus of all outlets correspond to the correct prices in ALOHA.
Applicant must have
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Present self in a highly professional manner to others and understand that honesty and ethics are essential.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance.
Ability to communicate with professionalism and respect.
