Ardila's Drywall & Maintenance is seeking skilled Synthetic Finish Painters to join our team! Role: Is responsible for applying specialized synthetic coatings and finishes to surfaces, ensuring high‑quality appearance, durability, and adherence to project specifications.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as required Mix, match, and apply synthetic paints, coatings, and textured finishes Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve uniform, high‑quality results Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Inspect completed work to ensure proper adhesion, color accuracy, and finish quality Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Strong knowledge of synthetic paints, coatings, and application methods Skilled in precise surface preparation and finish application Good color‑matching and attention to detail Proficient with brushes, sprayers, and finishing tools Able to follow instructions, read specifications, and work safely
