Develop and secure new sales opportunities by organizing and executing a daily work schedule focused on current and potential clients, including hospitality projects, special events, vacation rental services, and sponsorship packages.
Support sales growth through the planning, coordination, and on-site support of events when required.
Coordinate weekly schedules aligned with projects, guest services and booking support.
Prepare and send daily work schedules to support sales and operational activities.
Manage communication with guests and clients.
Assist with booking, sales and administrative support for each project.
Use sales, reservation, and property management systems to manage client information, bookings, and records.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and supporting documentation.
Provide clerical and administrative support including data entry, phone handling, and email management.
Maintain and update project and property maintenance logs to ensure all issues are tracked and resolved.
Plan and adhere to schedules, including travel and pickups, to ensure timely access and service delivery for clients, guests and staff.
Manage logistics and deliveries for associated projects.
Assist with sales & marketing initiatives across various projects as directed to support sales and lead generation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management in support of sales, events, and operational needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years' hospitality industry experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and computer applications.
Flexible to work weekends and after-hours call-outs.
