Caribbean Network Solutions (CNS) is accepting applications for a Cabler. Minimum 10 years’ experience with low-voltage and telecommunications infrastructure, including Cat 6/6A, fiber installation and testing in both SM and MM. Knowledge of EIA/TIA standards, Fluke DTX certification equipment, fusion fiber splicing, job documentation, and computer literacy required. Ability to read drawings, perform material take-offs, specify solutions, and produce cost estimates. Knowledge of Visio, Excel, Word, CAD, and the ability to prepare client-facing documents required. Must be able to liaise with clients professionally. Vendor certifications required for fiber/copper. Knowledge of GPON, building controls, security and access control, AC systems and AC control systems will be an asset. Knowledge of electrical installation standards and cable pathways required. We require a personable, responsible, reliable team player capable of managing jobs and helpers. Driver’s license and clean criminal record required. Salary is $10–$18.50/hr, based on skills and experience.
