(TPS) brand, CSDI is a disruptor in the construction industry, manufacturing essential timber products, engineered steel products, and Standing Seam aluminum products, manufactured locally in the Cayman Islands. Their services range from consultation to design, outsourced engineering, prefabrication, complete Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) structures manufacturing, and installation of Standing Seam roofing. Job Summary

• Fabrication of panels and trim for Standing Seam roofing and Cold Form Steel.
• Installation of panels and trim for Standing Seam roofing.
• Willingness to wear safety equipment
• Ability to employ safe work practices.
• Manage inventory and prevent waste of materials on client projects.

Job Competencies

• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Familiarity with cold forming metal work, use of metal folding machine and roll former.
• Mechanical ability to troubleshoot equipment engines.
• Dexterity maneuvering trailer equipment.
• Experience fabricating and installing panels and trim.
• Proper understanding of forming panels, trim installation and ancillary equipment usage.

Job Compensation Statutory health and pension benefits plus 10 days annual vacation. Compensation range of $11-14 per hour dependent upon experience. 44-hour work week. An annual discretionary bonus based on targets. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8 years’ industry experience.
• Apprenticeship or Trade Certificate would be an advantage.
• Caymanians preferred.
