The Speech Studio is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, working primarily with children in early intervention and/or special needs populations to begin in September 2026. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct speech and language assessments and develop treatment plans ● Provide 1:1 and small group therapy sessions ● Monitor and document client progress (within 24–48 hours) ● Provide parent education and support ● Manage and maintain own caseload and schedule ● Collaborate with team members and attend required meetings Schedule & Caseload ● Full-time position ● Approximately 60 direct client hours per month ● 70/30 model (direct therapy to indirect time) ● Saturday availability preferred ● Responsible for scheduling and rescheduling clients Qualifications & Requirements ● Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology ● Minimum 6 years experience in early intervention and/or special needs ● Eligible for Cayman Islands licensing (CPAM/HPC) ● Strong pediatric therapy experience ● Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required Compensation ● Base salary: $3,000 KYD/month (up to 60 direct hours) ● $45 KYD/hour for hours above 60/month ● Transition to $65,000 KYD annual salary once earnings reach this level Benefits ● Health insurance (basic plan covered) ● Pension (5% employer contribution) ● $500 KYD annual professional development stipend ● Work permit covered
