HANDYMAN

H & J Property Management and Maintenance is seeking to hire skilled Handyman's to join our team!

DUTIES

• Managing multiple properties and carrying out general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, appliance installation, carpentry, fixing light sockets, rehanging doors, and repairing fixtures and fittings.
• Garden and ground maintenance, including grass cutting, weed control, leaf raking, emptying bins, planting trees, flowers and plants, seeding and watering as required, and ensuring the general cleanliness of client properties.

SKILLS

General repair and maintenance Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry Skilled with hand and power tools Strong problem‑solving Independent, reliable, safety‑minded Physical stamina All Caymanians and Permanent Resident are strongly encouraged to apply.
