We are seeking skilled and motivated Steel Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing steel structures for various construction and industrial projects. Measure, cut, and install steel components according to blueprints and project specifications. Assemble and secure structural steel, beams, columns, and frameworks. Operate tools and equipment, including cranes, cutting torches, and grinders, to complete installations safely and efficiently. Inspect installations to ensure alignment, stability, and adherence to project requirements. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and address challenges. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Prior experience as a Steel Installer or in a related field (preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and construction plans. Proficiency with tools and machinery used in steel installation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
