Duties will include but not limited to maintain and update financial records, prepare reports and reconciling bank statements; operate QuickBooks to process business transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts; prepare monthly reports.help develop and implement strategic sales plans; facilities clients requirements and meetings – both in person or remotely using current online presentation applications; develop marketing analysis to identify customer needs, stay current with client needs, competition and industry; collect client’s confidential data; enter data efficiently and maintain both hard and soft copies; answering the telephone; response to email promptly, and run errands.
