Cashier

Job Duties Include

Operate the POS system to process cash, card, and other approved payments Accurately scan items, and issue receipts Understand and Balance POS system functions Provide friendly and professional customer service Balance cash drawer and POS reports at the end of each shift Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise Lift, move, and restock merchandise as needed Maintain a clean and orderly checkout and store area Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience using a POS system is required Previous cashier or retail experience is an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately Must be able to lift and move merchandise (up to 30–50 lbs) Having your own transportation is required Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Work schedule: Mondays to Saturdays and all public holidays
