Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in commercial food establishment and in assisting with all forms of the bakery production process including but not limited to: assisting with bakery item production, assisting with packaging bakery bakery items, assisting with equipment sanitizing, assisting with processing special orders. Must be honest and possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work as a part of a team. Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and on shifts.
