Provide personal care and support to elderly and special needs clients in their homes or care settings. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping related to client care. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour, maintain accurate care records, and provide companionship while promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being. Follow individualized care plans and comply with company policies, and confidentiality requirements. Applicants should have previous experience caring for elderly or special needs clients. Must demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, good communication skills, ability to assist with personal care and mobility, maintain documentation, work independently and as part of a team, and provide professional, confidential care.
