As a Senior Associate in our Advisory group, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. The successful candidate should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with good computer skills including Excel and Outlook. The role requires someone who is highly organized and able to work under pressure to specific deadlines. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, along with a qualified chartered qualification or hold an AML / KYC certification, with an understanding of Cayman Islands legal entities and investment fund structures. Preference will be given to candidates who understand Cayman Islands laws and regulations and who have knowledge of know-your-client and anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Salary: CI$63,735 – $73,080 with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
